This is a driver's seat opportunity for someone who thrives on accelerated growth , measurable impact, and building financial systems that power creative brands at scale. ๐ฏ Role Overview: As Growth Manager , youโll own the business funnel from lead to lifetime value , working with leadership to drive topline and net revenue goals. Your core focus: revenue forecasting, funnel design, conversion optimization, cash flow monitoring, and collaborative scaling across departments . Youโll be the right hand to the founder when it comes to translating vision into performance, speed, and financial sustainability. ๐ฅ Key Responsibilities: ๐ Cash Flow & Revenue Strategy Monitor and maintain a healthy cash flow cycle with weekly reports and live dashboards Align revenue targets with brand deliverables and capacity Collaborate with finance to optimize profitability across shoots, retainers, and campaigns ๐ Funnel Design & Sales Optimization Design, test, and scale client acquisition funnels (inbound, referral, performance-led) Work with marketing, brand, and sales teams to optimize lead-gen to closing timelines Improve conversion rates with smarter journey mapping and sales automation logic ๐ผ Business Expansion & Forecasting Identify new verticals, geographies, and pricing models to unlock growth Forecast revenue by brand unit (Novella, Events by Novella, FFS, Twigs on Lens) Set quarterly growth milestones and lead performance reviews with leadership ๐ Performance & System Implementation Implement and track KPIs across campaigns, categories, and channels Drive ROI thinking into every brand action โ from collabs to campaigns Help build dashboards and reporting systems to support data-backed decision-making ๐ก Youโre Right for This Role If Youโฆ Have 5โ10 years in business growth, revenue strategy, D2C performance, or financial operations Understand unit economics, MIS, EBITDA, PAT, ROI , and funnel-based marketing Have worked in high-touch industries like luxury, events, creative services, or hospitality Are comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and finance teams Know how to blend structure + hustle, metrics + momentum Can confidently run growth calls, lead reviews, and propose strategic pivots ๐ Perks & Benefits: ๐ผ Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses ๐ ESOPs โ become part of the core scale-up team ๐ฐ Direct incentives linked to revenue milestones ๐ง High-level collaboration with founders, creatives, and external partners ๐ Help shape one of Indiaโs most ambitious and luxurious creative brands ๐ Work across global clientele and luxury wedding destinations ๐Office Ethos: Team Size: 20+ (growing to 50+ by next year) Working Days: 6 days/week (including weekends during peak season) Leave Policy: 1 Privilege Leave per month Location: N5, Greater Kailash Part 1, New Delhi Social: Show more Show less
