Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Manager, located in Gurugram with some work from home acceptable. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing projects, and analyzing data to optimize strategies. Key duties include developing growth strategies, conducting market analysis, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive brand growth and development. Previous experience with D2C brands earn cookie points.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Analytics
• Proven success in Sales
• Experience in Project Management
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and cohesively in a team
• Experience with D2C Brands
• Knowledge of various marketplaces eg. Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra.
