Role Description

This is a full-time position located in Pune for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The individual will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing key client accounts, leading the sales team, and identifying growth opportunities. Key responsibilities will include creating and implementing sales plans, maintaining strong client relationships, securing new business, and achieving revenue targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business growth and company objectives is also a pivotal part of the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and sales management skills with a proven ability to generate revenue and achieve targets.
  • Experience in account management and client relationship building to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proficient analytical skills to interpret business data and identify market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated team management capabilities, including leadership and motivating teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and execute effective business development strategies.
  • Experience in the design or technology domain is an advantage.
  • Expertise in consultative sales approach, writing compelling proposals, and credibility presentations to C-suite.
  • Experience in consulting services selling, experience selling UX design and research preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be a strong asset.
