Role: Lead VLSI Recruiter Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-10 years (with at least 4+ years in leading a recruitment team) Roles & Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for VLSI, Semiconductor, and Embedded engineering roles. Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce planning and technical requirements. Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring. Manage and mentor a team of junior and senior recruiters ; set hiring targets, allocate roles, and monitor performance. Drive technical hiring for specialized domains such as RTL, ASIC, Physical Design, DFT, STA, Verification, FPGA, Analog/Mixed Signal, and Embedded. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche VLSI skills and future hiring needs. Handle candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and closures within defined timelines. Maintain hiring metrics (TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio) and ensure recruitment process efficiency. Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and data management in ATS (Naukri RMS / Zoho / etc.). Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Management, or Engineering. 3 – 10 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to semiconductor/VLSI hiring . Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and handling multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of VLSI domains (RTL, ASIC, DFT, STA, Verification, FPGA, etc.). Excellent sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, headhunting). Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership and accountability. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Metrics-driven mindset with experience in using ATS tools and recruitment dashboards .
