As the Head of Sales & Business Development at Techno Be With You Group, you will play a crucial role in leading sales efforts for both B2B (automotive manufacturing) and B2C (consumer lifestyle brands). Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - B2B - Automotive Manufacturing: - Drive sales of driveshafts and automotive components in the Indian aftermarket. - Build strong dealer, distributor, and OEM relationships. - Lead client communication, quotations, and deal closures. - Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions. - B2C - Lifestyle & Consumer Brands: - Expand retail presence for Wave Ear Plugs & Techno Be With You in malls, outlets, and garages. - Manage sales inquiries and conversions via phone and online channels. - Identify and onboard distributors and retail partners. - Support brand partnerships and sponsorship deals for Trackd. - Leadership & Reporting: - Build and manage a small sales team over time. - Set sales targets and ensure consistent performance. - Prepare reports for management and provide growth strategies. - Act as the single point of accountability for all sales verticals.
