You will be responsible for improving CTR & retention through strategic use of thumbnails, metadata, and planning growth campaigns both organic and paid. Additionally, analyzing channel analytics to derive actionable insights, identifying collaborations with artists, influencers, and brands, as well as scaling Shorts and cross-platform content for wider reach will be key aspects of your job. **Key Responsibilities:** - Optimize YouTube SEO including titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, end screens. - Enhance CTR & retention through strategic use of thumbnails, metadata, and planning growth campaigns. - Analyze channel analytics to provide actionable insights. - Identify and cultivate collaborations with artists, influencers, and brands. - Scale Shorts and cross-platform content for broader reach. **Requirements:** - 2-4 years of experience in YouTube growth/digital marketing. - Demonstrated success in scaling YouTube channels for brands or creators. - Strong grasp of YouTube SEO, analytics, and algorithm trends. - Blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication skills. **Nice to Have:** - Passion for electronic/techno music. - Previous experience in managing YouTube Ads campaigns. - Ability to identify potential viral content.
