Key Responsibilities


Sales & Revenue Leadership

  • Own end-to-end sales for turnkey logistics and warehousing projects
  • Develop and execute annual sales strategy and revenue plans
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline
  • Close high-value projects ranging from

    ₹50 lakh to ₹50+ crore


Client Acquisition & Market Expansion

  • Acquire and grow relationships with:
  • 3PL / 4PL logistics companies
  • Warehouse developers & logistics park operators
  • Industrial, manufacturing & cold storage clients
  • Establish long-term partnerships with CXO-level stakeholders


Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Manage the complete sales process, including:
  • Lead generation and qualification
  • Client requirement analysis & solutioning
  • Technical coordination with design and engineering teams
  • Proposal preparation, costing & commercials
  • Negotiation, closure, and handover to execution teams


Team & Network Building

  • Build, mentor, and manage the sales team
  • Create and nurture a strong network of:
  • Consultants
  • PMCs
  • Channel partners & influencers


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Design & engineering
  • Project execution
  • Procurement & finance
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery


Process & Brand Building

  • Implement CRM systems, forecasting, and sales reporting discipline
  • Track KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
  • Represent Kaviank at industry events, exhibitions, and key client forums


Candidate Profile


Experience

  • 3–15 years

    of experience in B2B project / solution sales
  • 4+ years

    in a sales leadership or team management role
  • Proven track record of closing

    large-ticket EPC / turnkey projects


Mandatory Industry Background

  • Turnkey / EPC projects
  • Warehouse design & build
  • Logistics infrastructure
  • Automation, racking, MHE, or cold storage solutions


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Consultative and solution-based selling
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Relationship management with CXOs and decision-makers
  • Team leadership, pipeline management, and forecasting
