Who We're Looking For: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations across our manufacturing and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of expertise in operations management within the Manufacturing and FMCG sectors, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

o A deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations, especially in the F&B space o A proven ability to lead and inspire large cross-functional teams while maintaining a sharp focus on operational efficiency and quality


o Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement improvements


o A track record of managing multiple manufacturing sites or high-volume production units o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels


o A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainability o This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for operational excellence Key Responsibilities


o Lead and manage all aspects of operational planning and execution across production, quality control.

o Lead and manage all aspects of operational planning and execution across production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics


o Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies


o Ensure timely production, inventory accuracy, and adherence to quality standards o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, R&D) to align operational goals with business objectives


o Develop and implement operational strategies to support rapid business growth and scalability


o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reporting on operational performance and areas for improvement


o Lead compliance efforts with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements


o Mentor and manage a team of middle managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement


o Oversee vendor and supplier management to ensure timely procurement, cost control, and supply chain continuity


o Drive innovation in production techniques and technologies to improve throughput and product quality
