Head of Operations

You will be responsible for leading and optimizing DealBuddy's day-to-day operations at our workspace in IIM Kozhikode. Your main focus will be on ensuring seamless execution across brand onboarding, product listings, and internal processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing daily operations, including brand onboarding, listing workflows, and vendor coordination - Building and refining operational systems and SOPs for scalability - Managing and mentoring the operations and brand onboarding team - Tracking metrics across acquisition, deal performance, and fulfillment - Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams - Ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and consistency - Supporting strategic growth initiatives and partner integrations To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields - 2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or startup environments - Proven ability to structure and manage fast-moving teams - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Highly organized, process-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset - Based in or willing to relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala DealBuddy offers a full-time onsite role at IIM Kozhikode Incubation Centre with a competitive salary (as per startup scale) and potential equity participation.
