Position Overview

Head of Operations

IIM Kozhikode

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations including brand onboarding, listing workflows, and vendor coordination
• Build and refine operational systems and SOPs for scalability
• Manage and mentor the operations and brand onboarding team
• Track metrics across acquisition, deal performance, and fulfillment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams
• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and consistency
• Support strategic growth initiatives and partner integrations
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in

  operations, supply chain, or startup environments

• Proven ability to structure and manage fast-moving teams
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Highly organized, process-driven, and entrepreneurial
• Based in or willing to relocate to

  Kozhikode, Kerala
