Role Overview

We’re looking for a young, driven Operations & Growth Associate to work onsite with our core team at IIM Kozhikode.You’ll play a key role in running daily operations, managing brand onboarding, and supporting growth initiatives — while learning the inner workings of a fast-moving startup.This is a founding-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate brand onboarding, product listings, and deal activationsCollaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure smooth daily operationsMaintain and track operational dashboards & performance metricsSupport growth campaigns, partnerships, and collaborationsIdentify process improvements and implement them proactivelyWork directly with the founder and leadership team on execution

Who You Are

1–2 years of experience in operations, business, or growth (startup exposure preferred)Excellent communicator with strong organizational and multitasking skillsHighly proactive, reliable, and resourceful — a self-starter who enjoys problem-solvingBased in or willing to relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala (onsite at IIM Kozhikode)Excited by the idea of building a startup from the ground upBelieves in long-term ownership and equity over short-term comfort
