Join us early, and grow as we scale! 🎯 What You’ll Do As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the leadership team to drive growth and brand visibility. Your core responsibilities will include: Brand Partnerships: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new brands onto DealBuddy Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute influencer campaigns, social media posts, and paid promotions Content Coordination: Work with design/content teams to launch engaging creatives and reels Growth Experiments: Run small-scale growth experiments, measure impact, and scale successful ones Community Engagement: Build and engage DealBuddy’s user community via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. 🧠 What We’re Looking For Energetic, persuasive communicator with hustle Passionate about marketing, branding, and creator economy Not afraid of cold emails, DMs, or knocking on digital doors Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and Instagram Insights Prior internships or projects in marketing/startups are a bonus 💼 Why Join DealBuddy? Our mission is to bring brands and customers together through engaging, fair, and rewarding deals. Why This Role Matters This is our First step towards our marketplace , and you’ll be playing a pivotal role in shaping how brands see and engage with DealBuddy. You’ll not only help onboard brands to our marketplace but also drive their communication strategy, strengthen relationships, and ensure long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach brands suited for our marketplace. Educate them on DealBuddy’s value proposition and onboard them. Manage brand communications & build strong, lasting partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution. Explore opportunities for brand-led campaigns, collaborations & growth. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in brand partnerships or e-commerce . Strong communication & relationship-building skills. Understanding of digital brand presence & online marketplaces. Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
