As we expand across multiple plants and regional hubs, we 're looking for an Operations Head to lead and scale end to end operations, ensuring consistency, quality and agility. What you'll lead Oversee daily operations across all plants and labs, ensuring seamless coordination between production, materials, and dispatch. Drive operational discipline through structured reviews, data driven, decision making and KPI tracking. Champion process standardization and scalability across multi-location setups. Partner with Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to maintain performance, profitability and delivery excellence. Build and mentor high-performing teams aligned to business growth and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For 15 years experience in multi-plant or multi-location operations (Manufacturing/High Growth Sectors) Proven leadership in driving operational systems and process excellence. Strong execution mindset, hands on problem solving skills and cross functional coordination. Engineering background; exposure to scale-up environments preferred. Age between 35-40 years.
