What you'll lead

• Oversee daily operations across all plants and labs, ensuring seamless coordination between production, materials, and dispatch.
• Drive

  operational discipline

  through structured reviews, data driven, decision making and KPI tracking.
• Champion

  process standardization and scalability

  across multi-location setups.
• Partner with Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to maintain performance, profitability and delivery excellence.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams aligned to business growth and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 15 years experience in multi-plant or multi-location operations (Manufacturing/High Growth Sectors)
• Proven leadership in driving

  operational systems and process excellence.

• Strong execution mindset, hands on problem solving skills and cross functional coordination.
• Engineering background; exposure to scale-up environments preferred.
• Age between 35-40 years.
