Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage and support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements Manage the onboarding process and employee documentation 🔹 Attendance & Payroll Support Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and punctuality Prepare data for payroll processing Address payroll-related employee queries 🔹 Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns Ensure proper communication of policies and updates Support employee engagement activities and feedback collection 🔹 HR Administration Maintain employee records (physical and digital) Prepare HR-related reports and documents Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Qualifications: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles Familiarity with HR software/tools is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Preferred Qualities: Highly organized and detail-oriented Problem-solving attitude with a professional approach Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information Job Location: Trivandrum
