Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to handle recruitment, payroll, attendance, and general administration activities. The role involves ensuring smooth HR operations and employee support across all Civilianz centres.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.

Oversee day-to-day office administration and staff coordination.

Support management in performance reviews, engagement activities, and HR documentation.

Prepare regular HR reports and assist in implementing HR initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or administration.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools or software.
