Role Overview We are looking for result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) with a strong sales mindset and experience in the EdTech industry. The BDE will be responsible for engaging with students, explaining Aspire Next’s services, ensuring their participation in demo sessions, and converting them into course admissions. Key Responsibilities Call and connect with students to explain Aspire Next’s offerings and how we support them in academics, career training, and placements. Convince students to attend Aspire Next Demo Sessions. Convert demo-attended students into course admissions. Achieve individual and team revenue targets consistently. Maintain strong follow-ups and a healthy sales pipeline. Contribute actively to overall company revenue and growth goals. Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience in EdTech sales (B2C preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset. We help students choose the right college, get trained in high-demand career courses, and achieve their dream careers — our tagline: “Aspire Your Dream.” Job Overview We are looking for energetic and confident Student Success Executives who will visit intermediate colleges, interact with students, conduct demo sessions or scholarship test awareness programs, and motivate them to participate in our Aspire Next Scholarship Test . The role also involves collecting and reporting student data to the head office daily. Key Responsibilities Visit assigned intermediate colleges as per schedule. Conduct presentations, seminars, and demo sessions for students about Aspire Next programs, scholarships, and career guidance. Engage and motivate students to register and apply for the Aspire Next Scholarship Test. Collect student data (name, phone number, college, course, etc.) in the given format. Build and maintain relationships with college management, faculty, and students. Report daily data and performance updates to the regional manager or CRM team. Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for follow-up and conversions. Represent Aspire Next Academy with professionalism and enthusiasm. Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduates preferred. Experience: Freshers can apply (experience in education sales or field marketing is an added advantage). Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Telugu. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Ability to work independently and manage college visits efficiently. Basic knowledge of Excel or CRM tools to submit data reports. Passion for education and student development.
