Student Success Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned

  intermediate colleges

  as per schedule.
• Conduct

  presentations, seminars, and demo sessions

  for students about Aspire Next programs, scholarships, and career guidance.

• Engage and motivate students

  to register and apply for the Aspire Next Scholarship Test.
• Collect student data (name, phone number, college, course, etc.) in the given format.
• Build and maintain relationships with

  college management, faculty, and students.

• Report daily data and performance updates to the regional manager or CRM team.
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for

  follow-up and conversions.

• Represent Aspire Next Academy with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Graduates preferred.

• Experience:

  Freshers can apply (experience in education sales or field marketing is an added advantage).
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  in English and Telugu.
• Strong

  interpersonal and motivational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage college visits efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of

  Excel or CRM tools

  to submit data reports.
• Passion for

  education and student development.

Work Schedule

• Field-based role

  — daily visits to colleges (travel allowance provided).
• 6 days working per week.
