Job Title: General Manager (HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY) Job Summary: The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, financial performance, guest satisfaction, staff management, and overall success of the hotel. The GM ensures that the hotel operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 7–8 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in financial management, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. Strong understanding of hotel software systems Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
