 About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end digital strategy and execution across both organic and paid channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content, automation, and team leadership, preferably with a strong background in fintech. Key Responsibilities: Own the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Develop short- and long-term marketing roadmaps for user acquisition, lead generation, and customer retention. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and affiliate networks. Manage performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates. Collaborate with data teams to create attribution models and insights-driven reporting. Oversee SEO, content marketing, and email automation strategies to drive sustainable growth. Lead the content strategy including blogs, whitepapers, videos, and social media. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, Mixpanel, and Hotjar to analyze performance. Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and user flows. Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy. Qualifications: 6+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 in a managerial role. Proven success in fintech marketing, especially in lending, BNPL, or credit products. (Preferred) Hands-on experience with ad tech platforms, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs). Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
