Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for the role of Head of Marketing, located in Kozhikode. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for designing strategic marketing plans, leading marketing teams, overseeing market research initiatives, and driving public relations efforts. The role also involves coordinating sales and marketing activities to align with organizational goals, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research to analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Skills in overseeing Sales and managing Public Relations to enhance customer engagement and brand reputation.
• Proven leadership capabilities, excellent collaboration skills, and ability to manage marketing teams.
• Demonstrated project management experience and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a leadership role within marketing or related fields is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
