Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the digital marketing strategy for CreditMitra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns, innovative strategies, and data-driven insights. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with CreditMitra's business objectives. Drive online campaigns to promote lending products and increase brand visibility. Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Optimize ad spending to maximize ROI, CTR, and lead generation. Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization. Plan and oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and infographics. Collaborate with the design team to produce impactful creatives. Manage and grow CreditMitra's presence on social platforms. Create and execute social media campaigns to engage the target audience. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use insights from data to optimize strategies and drive growth. Work with external agencies, partners, and affiliates to enhance marketing efforts. Coordinate with product and Business teams to align marketing with business objectives. Requirements 6+ years in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, or lending sectors. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proficient in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM platforms. Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth hacking, and conversion optimization. Ability to ideate and execute an impactful marketing campaign. Data-driven approach with a knack for measuring and improving marketing performance.
