Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Oversee onboarding and off boarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reports. Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and feedback mechanisms. Enhance the company\u2019s LinkedIn presence by posting job openings, engaging with potential candidates, and promoting employer branding. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations. Executive Assistant Responsibilities: Manage the CEO\u2019s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure efficient time management. Handle inbound and outbound messages across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Monitor and respond to emails, flagging priority messages for the CEO. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and decision-making. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Maintain confidentiality and ensure seamless documentation of key business interactions. Track and organize tasks using project management tools. Assist in the implementation of operational strategies to improve workflow efficiency. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR and executive assistance, preferably in a marketing or lead generation agency. Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using HR software, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
