Role Overview

Head of Manufacturing

What You’ll Do

• Define and implement

  manufacturing strategies, processes, and SOPs

  to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and execute

  production capacity expansion

  in alignment with company growth.
• Establish and manage relationships with

  suppliers, contract manufacturers, and fabrication partners

  .
• Oversee

  material sourcing, procurement, and vendor negotiations

  .
• Establish, implement, and monitor

  quality management systems (QMS)

  in line with regulatory and ISO standards.
• Oversee

  in-process quality checks

  , final product inspections, and release procedures.
• Lead efforts in

  root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

  for defects or failures.
• Implement

  Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices

  for operational efficiency.
• Work with the

  Quality team

  to ensure adherence to medical device regulations and certifications (ISO, CE, etc.).
• Build and lead a

  manufacturing team

  , including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Collaborate closely with

  R&D, Industrial Design, and Product Development

  teams to ensure design-for-manufacture (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA).

Who You Are

• A seasoned manufacturing leader with

  8+ years of experience

  in

  medical devices, electronics, hardware, or precision engineering sectors

  .
• Strong background in

  production scale-up, operations management, and vendor development

  .
• Hands-on knowledge of

  manufacturing processes

  (injection molding, sheet metal, PCB assembly, machining, plastics, 3D printing, etc.).
• Familiar with

  Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)

  principles.
• Experienced in implementing

  Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies

  .
• Degree in

  Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
