Job Description

As Manufacturing Head at SOLARA, you will lead the setup of a new integrated manufacturing facility for insulated stainless steel bottles and assembly of small kitchen appliances like air fryers and juicers. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing full-scale steel processing & vacuum bottling line - Managing assembly operations for appliances with BIS compliance - Handling labor management, production planning, and quality control - Executing factory setup, line balancing, and new product launches To excel in this role, you must have: - 10-15 years of experience in steel or electronics manufacturing - Experience in managing both fabrication and assembly operations - Strong knowledge of BIS standards & factory audits - Demonstrated team leadership skills and a problem-solving mindset It would be beneficial if you have: - Worked in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or high-growth consumer brands - Exposure to both manual and semi-automated manufacturing setups Join our fast-growing, founder-led brand at SOLARA and be part of bringing world-class manufacturing back to India.,
