Our expertise spans research and surveys, audits, verification, project management, manpower training, CSR project implementation, and temporary staffing. We have successfully conducted physical surveys across multiple districts, developed mobile apps for reporting, and provided geo-tagging and photographic proof for our clients. Our efforts extend across various sectors, including FMCG/FMCD, Banking, IT, Logistics, Manufacturing, Pharma, and Human Resources.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Head of Manufacturing. The Head of Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing production planning, ensuring operational excellence, managing daily operations, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing manufacturing strategies, coordinating with other departments to optimize efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Production Planning and Manufacturing
Experience in Operational Excellence and Operations Management
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
