This role is field-based and will require regular travel across Odisha to support device installations, servicing, and customer training. What You’ll Do Install, calibrate, and validate CBC analyzers and related devices at customer sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uptime and accuracy. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide timely solutions. Conduct demonstrations and basic training for customers and technicians. Maintain service logs, installation records, and report escalations as needed. Support field activities like health camps and device rollouts. Coordinate with central operations and R&D teams for product improvements.
