This role requires both strategic vision and operational excellence—leading our manufacturing operations, building processes, and working with vendors to deliver high-quality products at scale. In addition to scaling production, you will be responsible for ensuring world-class quality management practices, regulatory compliance, and vendor collaboration to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality products at scale. What You’ll Do Define and implement manufacturing strategies, processes, and SOPs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Plan and execute production capacity expansion in alignment with company growth. Establish and manage relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and fabrication partners . Oversee material sourcing, procurement, and vendor negotiations . Establish, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) in line with regulatory and ISO standards. Oversee in-process quality checks , final product inspections, and release procedures. Lead efforts in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for defects or failures.
