Role Overview

Software Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do

Lead architecture and development for
Android apps
(Jetpack Compose/Kotlin) and
Web platforms
(ReactJS/NextJS, Django/FastAPI).
Collaborate with Product, QA, and Regulatory teams to translate
clinical workflows into secure digital products
.
Drive
feature planning, sprint execution, and code reviews
for full-stack releases.
Implement
security protocols for PHI (Protected Health Information)
and ensure compliance with
HIPAA/GDPR/CDSCO
.
Own
CI/CD pipelines, release cycles, and monitoring systems
(Firebase, Sentry, New Relic, Prometheus/Grafana).
Manage
third-party integrations
: IoT devices, Firebase, AWS, MediaPipe, etc.
Build and lead a
high-performing, agile development team
.
Work hands-on with
cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker), and databases
(PostgreSQL/SQLLite/Room).

Who You Are

technical leader and builder

Experienced with 6
+ years in software product management & development
(preferably in product companies).
Strong in coding with
Kotlin (Android), Python (Django/FastAPI), ReactJS
, and relevant frameworks.
Skilled in building
end-to-end products
—from architecture design to deployment.
Experienced with
secure data handling and regulatory compliant systems
.
Knowledgeable in
app optimization
: offline sync, crash/ANR handling, release management.
Hands-on with
DevOps, automated testing, and monitoring frameworks
.
