Head of Manufacturing

As the Head of Manufacturing, your role will be to oversee and optimize textile fibre processing operations, managing activities, personnel, and stakeholders end-to-end. You will need to possess deep industry knowledge, operational expertise, and a track record in fibre production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Have a deep understanding and know-how to directly manage daily operations related to textile fibre processing to ensure seamless and efficient production. - Continuously analyze production workflows, implement best practices, and drive process enhancements to maximize fibre yield and quality. - Develop and guide operational teams, emphasizing skill development, safety standards, and high productivity. - Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance within all manufacturing activities. - Effectively manage workforce scheduling, productivity, training, and performance, fostering a positive and productive working environment. - Oversee and enforce comprehensive safety protocols, ensuring a safe workplace for all employees and stakeholders.
