Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Production, Maintenance, QC, Engineering and overall plant operations
• Ensure safe, efficient functioning and regulatory compliance of the facility
• Drive planning, budgeting, and P&L ownership for the plant
• Set performance goals and ensure delivery against manufacturing plans
• Lead strategic planning, resource allocation and operational excellence
• Implement cost-effective systems, quality controls and continuous improvement
• Oversee multi-product plant operations and troubleshoot with R&D/Projects
• Build and develop a strong technical and supervisory team
• Manage plant utilities and ensure high uptime and reliability
• Evaluate performance vs plan and drive operational growth
