Job Description: Function: Site execution & Store Handling Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Site Supervisor. Responsible for Stores activity & Piping Project execution ensuring adherence to project specifications & meet delivery timelines with Quality. Qualification : Diploma in mechanical Experience: 0-2 years Key Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, excel & power point). Verbal & Written communication in English & verbal in Hindi. Understanding the Piping layout drawings, Isometric & P&ID, piping related design Code is added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Providing input data for preparation of P&ID, Piping GA & isometric drawings. Understanding site materials requirement, Materials listing & BOQ preparation. Provide Material Indent with Material Specifications for procurement department. Meeting project delivery schedule by proper planning/tracking of Materials, tools & manpower. Taking up Work permits, Gate entry/Exit procedures & related documentation works. Coordination with Client project team for site clearances. Preparation of Work Method Statements, Schedule, checklist, PTP & PTR. Make sure of Safety & Quality during execution. Reporting of Site Expenses & submissions. Support on submission of statutory compliance requirements of workmen. Prepare & submission of Project related ISO documents. Oversee all store operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers Preparation of MRN / MIN (Material Receipt Note / Material Issue Note) Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Maintain store stock register / Assets stock register. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
