To- build complete BIW/ Sub assembly/ vehicle assembly. To identify BIW / Vehicle assembly manufacturing process defects and establish countermeasure/ repair method. To operate manual spot-welding Guns (PSW) and adjust weld parameters. Able to operate tools and assemble vehicle parts. To instruct operators for correct weld component build / assembly process as per drawing/SOP Ensuring maintenance of tool and equipment s periodically. Ensure Quality of manufactured products and safe workplace. Essential - Sound understanding of passenger vehicle/ BIW manufacturing and quality requirements. Knowledge of welding processes, defects, repair method and weld equipment s. Knowledge of Assembly process and appropriate tools. Knowledge of inspection processes of sheet metal parts and BIW (like CMM reports). Understanding- of part/assembly drawings, Tolerance stack up, basic GD&T and quality standards. Basic UG/CAD skill. DMU check. Desirable - Good communication skill. Workshop management skill. Quality management system (ISO) knowledge

GET ( Mechanical Engineer)- Production / Quality / Manufacturing Operations Primary Role : Facilitate and carry out manufacturing of high precision parts and components as per the product specifications and customers demand. Order and stock materials and supplies to avoid materials shortages. Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid any breakdowns and failures. If required, interact directly with customers to meet customer expectations and product specifications. Ensure provision of manual instructional guides for product use and troubleshooting procedures Ability to analyse and visualize mechanical systems and design. Must have good knowledge of engineering drawing (Both 2D and 3D). Critical thinking to rectify errors in mechanical products manufactured in house. Knowledge/Experience in making technical docs which can be used for customer as well for in-house use. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in written and verbal communications. Familiar to technology and processes of mechanical industry Perform diagnostic tests on the assembled product to ensure high accuracy and precise results.
