We’re Hiring | Head of Human Resources– Mahendra Group of Companies

At Mahendra Group of Companies, we believe our people are the true foundation of our growth. As we continue to expand across multiple businesses – from Electricals and Manufacturing to Mobility and Industrial Supplies – we are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Professional who can take charge of end-to-end Human Resources responsibilities across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage HR strategy across all group companies

Talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention

Employee engagement, culture building, and training programs

Performance management systems and compliance

Policy design, payroll, and statutory HR functions

Who We’re Looking For:

8+ years of HR leadership experience (preferably in trading, manufacturing, or multi-business environments)

Strong understanding of both people management and compliance frameworks

A hands-on leader who can build culture and systems from ground up

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
