Job Description

Lead HR function for a leading financial services firm into the lending space.
Be part of the CXO cadre and lead the HR function

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development to build a high-performing workforce.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
Lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, and rewards programmes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
Collaborate with C-suite leaders to support business goals through effective HR practices.
Manage workforce planning and succession planning for key roles.
Provide leadership to the HR team, fostering their growth and development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Human Resource Officer should have:

Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labour laws.
Experience in leadership roles within financial services
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
