Head of Human Resources

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in partnering with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that align with the company's growth plans. Your key responsibilities will include translating business goals into talent strategies, building and scaling HR systems, tools, and policies, and leading end-to-end recruitment with a focus on speed and quality of hire, especially in the retail sector. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless candidate journey during onboarding and offboarding activities and building a strong employer brand through internal initiatives and external platforms. Additionally, you will institutionalize a transparent and outcome-driven performance management framework, drive employee engagement and retention through data-led insights, and oversee HR operations including compensation, HRMS, policies, compliance, and administration. Your role will also involve ensuring legal and statutory compliance across HR practices, handling employee relations and grievance management proactively, and creating and reviewing retail SOPs and policies in coordination with the team. In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, good work ethics, and a calm attitude. A minimum of 3 years" experience in Human Resources within an e-commerce setup is preferred, along with strong recruiting abilities and expertise in improving talent acquisition strategies. You should also have demonstrated experience in training managers and employees, strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Moreover, the role requires strong analytical abilities to prioritize and resolve issues, proficiency in using computer tools like PowerPoint and Excel, and a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Your interpersonal skills will be essential in this role to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and drive HR initiatives successfully.,
