Position Location - Pune

CTC - 18 to 24 LPA

Joining Time - 15 to 30 days maximum

Preferred Industry - EPC, Construction, Infrastructure etc...


We seek an experienced and dynamic HR/People Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources management in our organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a positive, productive work environment.

A. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives
  • Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention processes
  • Oversee employee relations and drive engagement initiatives
  • Lead learning and development programs across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage performance evaluation and compensation processes
  • Oversee employee health, safety, and wellness programs
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives

B. Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in HR management roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Experience with HR information systems

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and programs
  • Experience in change management and organizational development

F. Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is part of the senior leadership team.
