Location - Chakan, Pune

Company - Cable Manufacturer

CTC - upto 18 LPA

Preferred Industry - Oil & Gas, Engineering Project OR cable industry



  • Education:

    Graduate Engineer (preferred) with relevant sales or customer-facing certification.

  • Experience:

  • 10–15 years working with international customers
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering Projects, or Cable Industry preferred

  • Leadership:

    Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team-handling experience

  • Technical Skills:

  • Export documentation and project documentation handling
  • SAP proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of cable and wire products
  • Advanced MS Excel and document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, ARIBA)

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer management capabilities
  • Time management and organizational excellence
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with production, SCM, quality, and sales teams


  • Professional Traits:

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Exposure to ISO standards and structured documentation processes
  • Comfortable with customer meetings, escalation handling, and project coordination
