Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Backhead Customer Support Executive who will manage backend customer service operations as well as outbound/inbound calling support. The role includes handling customer queries via phone, email & CRM, updating records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, email, WhatsApp.
• Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Attend inbound service-related calls and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Accounts, Operations) to resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and documentation in CRM / Excel .
• Process service requests, complaints, orders, refunds, and follow-ups.
• Provide daily / weekly report summaries.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Support backend operations, administrative tasks & data entry activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Tele calling / Backend Support.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & Bengali .
• Good voice clarity with polite customer handling ability.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle pressure situations.
• Graduates preferred; freshers with good communication skills may apply.
• Office Timing-10.30a.m-6.30p.m
