About the Position:

Back-Office Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

·      Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and deliveries.

·      Support the field sales team with sales documentation and reporting.

·      Coordinate internally with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.

·      Maintain customer records and track sales orders using MS Excel or ERP software.


Business development and revenue generation:

·      Conduct cold calling to potential clients in industrial and commercial sectors.

·      Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, references, or inquiries.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

·      Assist in preparing basic sales presentations or product information sheets.

·      Achieve monthly call targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives.


Administrative Tasks:

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date data of inventory, pricing, and client accounts.

·      Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for collections.

·      Generate sales reports for internal review.


Key Skills and Competencies:

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi)

·      Strong telephone etiquette and persuasion skills

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of Tally/ERP is a plus

·      Basic understanding of sales cycles and B2B sales

·      Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision

·      Familiarity with electrical products or industrial components is an advantage
