About the Role

Admin & HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Core HR & Recruitment

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct

    offboarding processes

    including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Maintain and update

    HR policies, employee records, and compliance documents

    .
  • Assist in

    payroll preparation

    and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate and monitor

    Performance Management Systems (PMS)

    .

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between employees and leadership.

Administration & HRIS

  • Maintain accurate

    HRIS databases

    and employee records.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities like scheduling interviews, training programs, and internal events.
  • Manage office operations, documentation, and vendor coordination when required.

Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and arrange suitable

    training interventions

    .
  • Coordinate and track

    learning & development programs

    .
  • Measure and report

    training effectiveness

Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure adherence to

    labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory requirements

  • Draft/update

    employment contracts, policies, and disciplinary procedures

  • Handle sensitive issues with discretion and in accordance with legal protocols.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Core HR Expertise:

    Recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll basics, compliance.
  • Communication Skills:

    Strong verbal/written communication, conflict resolution, policy drafting.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Empathy, trust-building, negotiation, confidentiality handling.
  • Analytical Abilities:

    HR metrics analysis, problem-solving, decision-making.
  • Organizational Skills:

    Time management, multitasking, documentation, scheduling.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    MS Office, HRIS, online job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Legal Knowledge:

    Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, employment contracts.
  • Adaptability & Ethics:

    Flexibility with organizational change, fairness, and professional integrity.
