The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality in data handling, and smooth coordination between HR & Finance. Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll & incentives accurately and on time. Manage statutory compliance: PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, returns. Maintain employee data (CTC, benefits, attendance, leaves) with confidentiality. Resolve payroll-related queries (salary slips, tax, reimbursements). Handle payroll setup for new hires & full & final settlements. Prepare payroll MIS reports & support audits/budgeting. Identify process gaps & support payroll automation. Requirements 3–4 years of payroll/HR experience (similar role preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (preferred). Must be Kolkata-based (local candidate only).
