As the Head of Human Resources at BHADRESWAR RICE MILL (Lalbaba Rice), you will play a crucial role in overseeing HR management and implementing HR policies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing employee relations, and strategizing HR initiatives that align with the company's business objectives. You will also be responsible for recruitment and tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of the workforce. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, possess in-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, and have experience in developing and implementing HR Policies. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with expertise in Employee Relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key to effectively carry out your duties. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications in HR would be a definite advantage. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Burdwan, West Bengal with the reputable Bhadreswar Group under the Lalbaba Rice brand.
