Job Description

As the Head of Human Resources at Staffingine, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end HR operations for both US Staffing and India Staffing. Your main responsibility will be to drive strategic talent acquisition, enhance employee engagement, implement corporate culture, and efficiently manage operations. You will be in charge of overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for both India and US hiring, which includes tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and offer management to attract top talent. Additionally, you will provide dedicated HR support for US staffing requirements, ensuring seamless onboarding for India-based employees supporting US operations. Your role will also involve managing campus placement initiatives by establishing strong relationships with universities and educational institutions to recruit fresh graduates and interns. You will oversee the new hire orientation and onboarding process, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR operations, and design comprehensive employee training programs to enhance skills and align with organizational objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5-12 years of progressive HR operations experience, preferably in a management role. Experience in US Staffing and Recruitment services is strongly preferred, along with any HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent. Your mandate skills should include a strong track record of organizing cultural activities and employee engagement initiatives, extensive experience with India and US Staffing processes, and in-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS/CRM, and the Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
