Job Title: Legal HR – Policy Audit Specialist Location: Noida Department: Human Resources / Legal Compliance Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal HR – Policy Audit Specialist to oversee the development, auditing, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and organizational alignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both HR practices and employment law, with a keen eye for identifying compliance risks and policy gaps. Key Responsibilities: Policy Review & Audit: Conduct periodic audits of existing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
