Role Head Human Resources We seek a dynamic, well experienced Human Resources Head to lead and shape our HR strategies and who can foster a positive and performance-oriented work environment that remain aligned with business objectives of the organization. Job Summary The position is accountable for all functional aspects of HR including culture building, talent acquisition, talent onboarding, talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations. Key Roles and Responsibilities HR functions Set-up of HR Department, HR strategies, Policies aligning with Organizational goals, Team building and Team management, strategic input to business functions and management, payroll, Employee Benefits, HR system and processes, Employee Policy Compliances and Legal, Workforce planning. Talent Management and Relations acquisition, hiring, on boarding, succession planning, performance management, conflict management, employee engagement Talent Retention, Growth and Employee relations Compensation, Benefits, Rewards and Recognition Learning and Development Required Skills and Qualification Postgraduate fulltime in Human Resources. (From Top Tier college or Well-Known college) 18 years of relevant experience of which 5+ years in lead role Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Past experience in Fabrics/ Textile.
