Job Description

Role & responsibilities HR Strategy & Leadership Build the HR framework from the ground up, aligned with business and plant operational goals. Drive HR planning for ramp-up phase: hiring, onboarding, policy formulation, and infrastructure setup. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent, people practices, and organizational development. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles; ensure timely ramp-up of skilled and unskilled manpower. Liaise with technical institutes and local employment agencies for pipeline creation. Learning & Development Design and implement robust training plans , especially for first-line supervisors, operators, and engineers. Partner with functional heads to build capability and promote career development frameworks. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Champion a positive work culture , inclusivity, and employee involvement. Initiate and drive engagement activities, open forums, reward programs, and grievance redressal. Performance & Compensation Develop performance management systems tailored to plant and HO setups. Lead compensation benchmarking and manage payroll in collaboration with finance. Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliance Candidate Profile: Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or IR (full-time preferred) Experience: 15 -20 years of HR experience with at least 8 years in a manufacturing setup Experience in greenfield/plant HR setup is a strong advantage Proven ability to drive training, culture, and engagement initiatives at scale Knowledge of labor laws, contractor management, and compliance
