Role & responsibilities Manage the director's calendar, schedule meetings, and assess the priority of appointments Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, and draft correspondence on the director's behalf Organize meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Oversee special projects and ensure the timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
