1. Position Overview:
The Head - Human Resources will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function within PCSMCP group and including payroll administration and H.R operations. The incumbent policies will act as a strategic partner to management and ensure that all HR practices align with company goals and statutory compliance.2. Key Responsibilities:A. Strategic HR Leadership• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with organizational objectives.• Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work culture.• Lead HR planning in alignment with business goals and manpower forecasting.B. Recruitment & Manpower Planning• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical, support, and administrative positions.• Supervise Junior HR Executives in managing candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.• Ensure induction/ orientation programs are regularly updated and effectively conducted.C. Payroll Management• Supervise complete monthly payroll processing including attendance, leave, and overtime data validation.• Ensure timely statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Professional Tax.Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure salary disbursement accuracy and audit readiness.D. Administration• Oversee office administration, asset management, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and facility operations.Implement cost-effective administrative controls in line with management policies.
