We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function and ensure the development and execution of effective people strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of modern HR practices.

Key

1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, fostering a high-performance culture.

2. Talent Management: Lead initiatives for workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline.

3. Employee Engagement: Drive programs to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and organizational commitment.

4. Policy Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and alignment with business needs.

5. Performance Management: Establish performance evaluation systems to ensure consistent feedback and development.

6. Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive remuneration frameworks and benefits programs.

7. Training and Development: Oversee the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives to upskill employees.

8. Change Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management during periods of organizational change or transformation.

9. HR Metrics and Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Expertise in strategic HR management, compliance, and talent acquisition.

3. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
