Job Description

Candidate should be MBA - HR with 20+ years of experience in HR from

a reputed Pharmaceutical company.

To lead the Human Resources function by developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and systems that support business goals. The HeadHR is responsible for talent management, employee relations, organizational development, legal compliance, culture building, and HR operations.

HR Strategy & Leadership

Formulate HR strategy aligned with organisational goals.
Lead HR team across recruitment, training, payroll, performance management, and compliance.
Drive organizational culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure manpower planning and workforce optimization.

B. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Build strong recruitment processes for timely hiring.
Lead sourcing, selection, and onboarding of talent across all levels.
Develop employer branding strategies.

C. Performance Management

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI based).
Conduct performance calibration and guide managers on employee performance issues.
Identify high-potential employees and succession planning.

D. Learning & Development

Assess training needs and design annual training plan.
Implement leadership development, skill enhancement, and behaviour training programs.
Drive continuous learning culture.

E. Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster healthy employee relations through communication, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement engagement activities.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and an ethical working environment.
